About the role 📝
We’re on the lookout for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Onetrace. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between product development and commercial execution. You’ll translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring our messaging is not only impactful but consistent across every touchpoint. From defining market positioning to shaping go-to-market strategy, you’ll be the voice that connects our product to the people who need it, helping the entire organisation speak clearly and confidently about what Onetrace does and why it matters.

What you’ll do💡
- Monitor competitors and market trends to inform positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies
- Work with the Growth team to track and report on campaign and content performance to continuously optimise for engagement, conversion, and retention
- Prioritise and lead high-impact marketing initiatives that drive growth and align with company objectives
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams to refine how we position and communicate the value of Onetrace across all customer touchpoints
- Develop clear, consistent messaging informed by user needs, product updates, and market insights
- Define and evolve our ideal customer profiles and target personas through research, interviews, and data analysis
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches with product, sales, and growth teams
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets like pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling guides
- Own content strategy across our website and other touchpoints, ensuring alignment with messaging and growth goals
- Lead and scale our organic growth efforts through a holistic SEO strategy - from keyword research to content optimisation and technical enhancements
- Support customer success with content and initiatives that drive onboarding, product adoption, and retention
What we’re looking for 🔎
Essential
- Proven experience in product marketing within a fast-paced startup, with the ability to pivot quickly based on shifting priorities and market changes
- Successfully launched products by aligning product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver a cohesive go-to-market approach
- Skilled at translating complex SaaS features into clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences
- Strategic thinker who uses data and market insights to inform positioning, content, and campaign decisions
- Experienced in creating sales enablement materials (e.g., decks, case studies) and demand generation content (e.g., SEO, paid, in-product messaging)
- Deep understanding of acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle marketing to drive adoption and engagement
- Confident using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to track performance metrics (e.g., CAC, churn, adoption)
- Familiar with subscription-based pricing models and customer retention strategies
- Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and delivers high-quality results
- Strong collaborator who communicates effectively across cross-functional teams and embraces feedback
Desirable
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of product-led growth strategies in B2B SaaS
- Involvement in product launches across international markets, adapting positioning and strategy to resonate with regional audiences
